USTDS will review all recorded documents and court related matters affecting a specific parcel of land to determine the present condition of title. USTDS then determines the sufficiency and status of title for reporting or for issuance of a title insurance policy. Upon completion of a search, USTDS can provide copies of instruments recovered during our search, if requested. The owner-type selected determines how far back the search is performed.
